This powerful automation exports every table in your Airtable base as individual CSV files, saves them in a time-stamped folder on Amazon S3, and notifies you via Slack. It also includes an optional cleanup step to prune old backups and save storage space.

What it does:

📅 Runs weekly to back up your entire Airtable base
📁 Creates a time-stamped folder (e.g. 2025-W12) in your S3 bucket
🧾 Exports each Airtable table as its own CSV file
☁️ Uploads all CSVs to the appropriate S3 path
💬 Sends a Slack message when the backup is complete
🧹 (Optional) Deletes backup folders older than 4 weeks to save space
⚙️ Fully compatible with other storage platforms — swap out S3 as needed
