What it does:

📨 Accepts text or audio messages via Telegram
🧠 Uses AI to extract a valid date (YYYY-MM-DD)
📅 Validates that the date isn’t in the future
📡 Queries Colombia’s open data API for TRM info
✅ Sends TRM rate if available for that date
❌ If not found, checks up to 10 previous days
📤 Delivers the most recent available rate or a fallback message
